There are many ways to describe “power” but there is not power like the Houston Texans defensive end JJ Watt. He is said to be the most physically powerful person in the NFL He is six feet five inches tall and weighs almost three hundred pounds. He has seventy six career sacks he has been playing in the NFL for five years he is only twenty six years old. When people talk about the Houston Texans it’s not about the quarterback or running back it’s about the defensive end JJ Watt. He is more physically dominant than any other defensive player in the NFL. The power he has is incredible. Not only muscular wise but mentally also. He once played through a game with a broken nose. That’s all mental power. Physically he is huge he is almost three hundred pounds of pure muscle he has squatted seven hundred pounds that is over twice the size of his body weight that is like squatting half of a fully grown cow. He can box jump fifty seven inches that is over four feet tall when was the last time you saw a three hundred pound man jump four feet in the air? That’s right you haven’t JJ Watt is the definition of power.
